Export Cars from Dubai to Asia — Toyota, Jetour & BYD Shipped to Pakistan, India, Philippines, Malaysia & Sri Lanka

Dubai’s tax-free market means you pay no VAT on your purchase — and on many models you save 25–45% versus what the same car costs at your local dealer. But what happens after you buy matters just as much. Al Rawnaq Motors has been exporting from Jebel Ali to Asian buyers for 15 years. We handle every document, confirm your country’s import rules before you spend anything, and give you the real landed cost — not just the Dubai sticker price.

Check Your Country's Rules Before You Buy

Pakistan changed its import scheme in January 2026. India’s duty can triple the price of a car. The Philippines requires a BOC Import Permit. Malaysia needs an AP. Sri Lanka updates its gazette regulations regularly. Before any buyer commits, we confirm the exact rules for your destination — age limits, drive-side requirements, emission standards, and duty structure. If it doesn’t make financial sense for your country, we tell you that upfront.

GCC-Spec Vehicles Built for Asian Conditions

GCC-specification vehicles are engineered for extreme heat, dust, and rough roads — the same conditions found across Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka and the Philippines. Cooling systems, engine calibration, and suspension are already tuned for your climate. Unlike European or American-spec imports that need modification, GCC-spec vehicles from Dubai arrive ready for Asian roads. Every vehicle is pre-inspected, photographed, and VIN-verified at Jebel Ali before loading.

Full Documentation Prepared In-House

RTA Export Certificate, notarised Sales Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, marine insurance certificate — all prepared by our in-house team before your vehicle leaves Dubai. Your clearing agent at Karachi, Mumbai, Manila or Port Klang receives a complete, correctly formatted document package before the ship arrives. No missing papers at the port. No delays chasing signatures.

HOW CAR EXPORT FROM DUBAI WORKS

From vehicle selection to port delivery — Al Rawnaq Motors manages every step so you receive your car safely, fully documented, and on time.

1

Choose Your Vehicle & Confirm Country Eligibility

Browse our inventory of Toyota, Jetour, BYD, Isuzu, RAM and more. Before you commit to anything, we verify that your chosen vehicle meets your destination country’s age limit, emission standard, drive-side requirement, and duty bracket. Pakistan’s TR scheme allows vehicles up to 3 years old. India requires right-hand drive and BS VI compliance. Philippines requires RHD and a BOC permit. Malaysia requires RHD and PUSPAKOM inspection. We confirm everything before a single dirham changes hands.

2

UAE Documentation Prepared

We prepare your complete export package in-house — RTA Export Certificate, Mulkiya deregistration, notarised Sales Invoice, Certificate of Origin, and Bill of Lading. For Pakistan we prepare FBR-ready documentation. For India we provide ARAI compliance support letters. For Philippines we prepare the full BOC document set. You provide your passport copy once — we handle the rest.

3

Pre-Shipment Inspection & Photos

Every vehicle is professionally inspected and fully photographed at Jebel Ali before loading. You receive a complete photo report — all four exterior angles, interior, dashboard, odometer reading, engine bay, VIN plate and chassis number — before the ship departs. What you approve in Dubai is exactly what your clearing agent receives at your destination port. No condition surprises.

4

Choose Your Shipping Method

RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) is the most affordable option and works well for most vehicles going to Karachi, Colombo, Mumbai, Port Klang or Manila. Pakistan is the world’s closest international shipping route from Jebel Ali — just 4 to 7 days. Container shipping is available for luxury vehicles, multiple cars, or shipments where you want to include personal belongings inside the vehicle.

5

Port Clearance & Delivery Support

Your clearing agent receives the complete document set digitally before the ship arrives. We provide customs declaration guidance and a country-specific checklist of what the customs authority — FBR in Pakistan, Indian Customs, BOC in Philippines, Royal Malaysian Customs — will require at their port. We stay in contact with you through the full clearance process. You are never chasing us.

Why Al Rawnaq

From vehicle selection to port delivery — Al Rawnaq Motors manages every step so you receive your car safely, fully documented, and on time.

1

We Tell You When It Doesn't Make Financial Sense

Most export companies take every order. We don’t. If your country’s import duty means you’ll pay more than your local dealer price — we tell you before you pay a deposit. Indian buyers especially have this conversation with us first. Pakistan’s TR scheme, India’s 125–165% duty, Malaysia’s AP requirement — we know each country’s real numbers and share them honestly. Our repeat clients trust us because we protected them from a bad decision once.

2

Jetour, BYD & Chinese Brands — We Know Them, We Stock Them

Your biggest search volume from Asia is people asking “is Jetour reliable?” and “BYD Leopard 7 price in India.” We stock both. Jetour is manufactured by Chery — one of China’s largest automakers — and GCC-spec models carry a 7-year powertrain warranty with service costs 20–30% below Japanese rivals. BYD hybrid models qualify for Pakistan’s 50% HEV duty exemption. We give you the honest reliability picture alongside the price, so you buy with your eyes open.

3

Karachi in 4 Days. Mumbai in 10. Manila in 14

Asia is Dubai’s backyard. No other export hub in the world puts Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka and Malaysia this close. Jebel Ali to Karachi is one of the world’s shortest international shipping routes — RoRo freight starts from $400 per vehicle. That proximity means lower shipping cost, faster delivery, and less time your money is sitting in transit. We coordinate directly with Jebel Ali Port carriers and give you a confirmed loading date before you pay.

Frequently Asked Questions — Car Export from Dubai to Asia

Everything you need to know before exporting a car from the UAE.

Why are cars so much cheaper in Dubai than in my country?

The UAE charges zero VAT on vehicle purchases and imposes no import duty on most cars entering the country. This means Dubai receives global inventory at world market prices with no government tax added on top. The saving is real — 25 to 45 percent on many models compared to Asian dealer prices. What matters is whether that saving survives your own country’s import duty when the car arrives home. We calculate that for you before you buy.

I am an overseas Pakistani in Dubai. Can I bring my car back under the TR scheme?

Yes — under Pakistan’s updated January 2026 rules, the Transfer of Residence scheme allows you to import one used vehicle up to 3 years old. The vehicle cannot be sold for 1 year after import. Hybrid Electric Vehicles up to 1,800cc qualify for a 50% duty and tax exemption — making a GCC-spec hybrid from Dubai very financially attractive right now. You must be a genuine overseas Pakistani returning to reside in Pakistan. Contact us and we will confirm eligibility for your specific vehicle and situation before you commit.

Is Jetour a reliable car? I keep seeing it everywhere.

Jetour is made by Chery Automobile — one of China’s largest manufacturers with over 20 years of production history. In UAE road conditions and extreme heat, the T2 and X70 Plus have performed reliably according to owners here. The GCC warranty is 7 years / 200,000km powertrain. Service costs run 20–30% lower than Japanese rivals at authorised centres. The honest caveat: if your country does not yet have an authorised Jetour dealer, parts sourcing becomes your responsibility. We tell you this before you buy, not after.

Does importing a car from Dubai make financial sense for Indian buyers?

For most Indian buyers — honestly, no, unless you qualify for a duty exemption. India’s import duty is 125% of CIF value for cars under USD 40,000, rising to 165% above that threshold, plus 28% GST on the landed cost. The total landed price is typically 2.5 to 3 times the Dubai purchase price. Where it makes sense: NRIs returning permanently to India who qualify for the duty-free Transfer of Residence exemption, and buyers importing models that simply do not exist in India — Land Cruiser 79 Series, certain Lexus models, American-spec vehicles.

What is MUV — and how is it different from SUV?

SUV stands for Sport Utility Vehicle — the standard global classification used in UAE documentation for most large cars. MUV stands for Multi Utility Vehicle — a term used specifically in India to classify people-carriers and large family vans like the Toyota Innova or Maruti Ertiga. XUV is a Mahindra marketing term (XUV700, XUV300). TUV is also a Mahindra model name. None of these are international categories. If you are importing from Dubai, all of these vehicle types appear as SUV or MPV in UAE export paperwork — they all clear the same way through customs.

Can dealers in Pakistan, Philippines or Malaysia order multiple vehicles?

Yes. We work with dealerships and fleet buyers across Asia. A 40ft container accommodates 2 to 3 vehicles and significantly reduces the per-unit shipping cost compared to individual RoRo bookings. We offer dedicated account management, flexible payment terms, and confirmed loading schedules for repeat dealers. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss a dealer arrangement for your country.
