Al Rawnaq Motors follows transparent, clearly defined policies to protect both buyers and sellers. The following terms explain inspections, payments, reservations, shipping responsibilities, and transaction conditions for local and export purchases.
Vehicle Inspection Availability
Buyers may inspect vehicles in person or receive detailed photos, videos, and condition reports. Once inspection approval is confirmed, the vehicle is considered accepted in its current condition.
Deposit Policy
Deposits are required to reserve vehicles and confirm buyer commitment. Deposits are non-refundable except when Al Rawnaq Motors is unable to provide the agreed vehicle or required export documentation.
Reservation Terms
Vehicle reservations are time-limited. Failure to complete payment within the agreed period may result in reservation cancellation without liability.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of vehicle trading and exports, refunds are not provided once the purchase process begins. Exceptional cases are reviewed individually at management discretion.
Shipping Responsibility
Responsibility transfers once the vehicle is handed to shipping agents or port authorities. Export clearance within the UAE is fully managed by Al Rawnaq Motors.
